Breakfast with Santa (Community)
Time: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Location: Southeastern Railway Museum - Duluth

Join us on Saturdays in December for a casual snack breakfast with Santa. Our relaxed setting for this snack breakfast allows Mom and family time to relax while their child enjoys a few special minutes with Santa. The whole family can then join Santa on a train ride and special time visiting the museum. Train rides subject to operation of our antique equipment and/or weather Reservations are required and will be accepted at the museum beginning October 17. Your family can capture this special time with their own video or pictures without the high cost many others charge for pictures with Santa. The breakfast price is just $3.00 more than the regular museum admissions.

Richie McDonald Christmas Concert (Holiday Event)

Location: Henry Co. Performing Arts Center McDonough

Richie McDonald, former lead singer of the country music group Lonestar, will be performing a Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 19, at 3:00 pm at the Henry County Performing Arts Center located in McDonough. The name of the show is titled after McDonald’s new Christmas CD, “If Every Day Could Be Christmas”. The concert is presented by People First of Henry County and tickets are $20 each. McDonald will be singing songs from his Christmas CD as well as other #1 hits such as “Amazed” and “I’m Already There”. Tickets are available at all seven Moye’s Pharmacy Locations in Henry County or may be ordered on McDonald’s website at www.richiemcdonald.com. Moby in the Morning, DJ of the morning radio show The Bear 92.5, will be the Emcee of the Show. Auditorium doors open at 2:30 pm. A meet and greet will be held after the show.
