July 12-31,2010 Bank of North Georgia hosts the third Annual Back-to-School Peanut Butter and Jelly Food Drive to benefit local food pantries which are located near the 43 bank locations. Bring in your Peanut and Jelly to your closest Bank of North Georgia who will distribute to charities so as children return to school they will have food with good nutrition. The supplies get depleted in the summer so please make a contribution of PB&J [creamy is preferred] so children can return to school knowing there will be good nutrition there for them.

Ahimsa House and Red Bandanna Dog Spa Day (Fundraiser)

Join Red Bandanna and friends for a charity dog wash to benefit Ahimsa House. For $12.00, treat your four-legged friend to a full service wash and dry by Ahimsa House volunteers. We also offer nail trimming and teeth cleaning by a vet tech for $5.00 each. All this is followed by a cookie treat! All proceeds will help provide a safe haven - including medical care and a loving temporary home, for the pet victims of domestic violence. The goal is to reunite these pets with their owners after a safe living situation has been secured.
